Hi Line Square
Rethinking where Dallas works.
Dallas's Design District has long attracted visitors for its galleries, showrooms, and restaurants. But for the professional services firms that already frequent the neighborhood, the idea of working there was less established. As McCourt Partners and HN Capital Partners prepared to introduce Hi Line Square, Kilograph developed a marketing film to shift perceptions of the district as a workplace destination.

A different kind of workday.
Rather than focusing on office space, the film follows three professionals through the Design District. From morning meetings and midday runs to evenings out, their intersecting routines offer a glimpse of a workday shaped as much by the neighborhood as the office itself. Hi Line Square becomes part of that larger story, rather than its sole focus.

The neighborhood takes the lead.
Combining live-action footage with architectural renderings, the film moves between the Design District as it exists today and the future envisioned for Hi Line Square. Kilograph brought the property's established visual identity into motion through animated graphics and transitions, weaving together the neighborhood's character, connectivity, and the possibilities of a new workplace destination.
