Kilograph was excited to continue collaborating with East West Partners on Founders Place: a new, private, ski-in, ski-out, luxury condominium community in Park City's Deer Crest neighborhood. Founders Place features 78 luxury residences across four buildings anchored by a state-of-the-art amenity building. Kilograph's suite of marketing materials focused on the property's unique brand character while highlighting the spectacular views and proximity to the slopes. These marketing assets have helped East West’s team successfully presell 95% of the units.
Kilograph’s renderings have been very helpful for our sales team to sell the final phase in Founders Place. We only have five units remaining, and we would like to add a few more renderings to help fill in some gaps and tell the story of our remaining units.Carder Lamb
